Maggie is 2!

It's hard to believe Maggie is 2! She loves to tell everyone how old she is now! We had a fun filled day with all of her favorites. We visited a place with lots of cool exhibits especially for toddlers and preschoolers where her and Davis had a ball playing. We ate Chick fil A for lunch, played at a playground at the mall, went for a train ride with Dad, and then enjoyed a cookie! The kiddos snoozed on the way home and then we opened presents, decorated my big girl room, and had some italian for dinner (Mom loves that Maggie's favorite is hers too!).  We ended the day with cupcakes which we all enjoyed!

A Belated Post...

We had some pictures taken of our children in late November. Many of you saw them on our Christmas card, but here are some of the shots to share.

We got about 4 inches of snow and then lots of sleet and ice. Schools around us were closed for the whole week! We were sad it wasn't packable enough to build a snowman, but we did have a little snowball fight! :)

Right before the snow came, Aunt Anne and Aunt Ellen came by to visit and bring us our Christmas presents. We had so much fun!

We stopped at Uncle Mark's on the way to Nana and Gddady's and got to see lots of extended family. We drove through some snow, but made it safely! We enjoyed being in Charleston with our grandparents, and aunts and uncles. (It seems Maggie must have been sitting still more than Davis this neck of the trip, since she is in a lot more picts!)

We went to see the Polar Express at the IMAX and LOVED it. Fortunately, there weren't many people there since Davis was reciting some of the lines. Carter met us there, too! (Aunt Kat bought us  these jackets last year :))

We had a ball at Grammy and PaPaw's and seeing all our cousins and aunts and uncles, too! We both really got into Christmas this year and all leading up to it, which was super fun for Mom and Dad.
