Visit to Atlanta

We went to Atlanta for the day to visit Gigi and hang out with Alexis and Claire before they move. Uncle Andy is going to Seminary School at Asbury in KY and they are moving this week. We will miss them, but know we will still get to see them soon. Davis wants to move to Tucky now. :)

Summer Stuff

We made some body paint one day and painted ourselves up! Then we rinsed it off in the Slip n Slide.

Celebrating Chuck's birthday with him. We helped him blow out the candles and enjoyed some cake. We got Chuck some doggy ice cream that he loved and a new bone. We LOVE our puppy dog!

New Baby!

Mom at 30 weeks. Thank goodness we are going a week early! Our c section is scheduled for September 21st, so we have an end in sight! Less than 2 months away.  We got to have an ultrasound today--30 weeks,  6 days. It was an awesome ultrasound and everything looked great! The baby was breached, so the dr said that made for better pictures. His new ultrasound machine made the pictures clearer, too. Now we are all just ready to kiss and hold that sweet baby! Davis and Maggie had fun seeing the baby on TV.  Davis wanted to know if it was Brooks or August. The babe's heartrate was 137 today which negates my girl vibes. Keeps us on our toes. We will find out soon!

Davis Beach Week

We had a blast seeing tons of family during the Davis beach week. We had a full house! The weather was great and all the kids played hard, young and old.

Davis and Maggie were so excited to meet Logan, Laura and Lawton's little girl. They loved having a little baby to dote on.

One afternoon on the beach, the girls were hamming it up for Uncle Jack and his camera. It was pretty darn cute!

Uncle Mark

We were all so excited to get extra time with Uncle Mark at the beach and to be able to see him so soon after his surgery.  The kids were loving on him as usual. He is headed back to MD Anderson in Texas to follow up from his surgery next week. We appreciate all the prayers.

Maggie ran to get her painting to give Uncle Mark as soon as she saw him. It was super cute!

Thomas Beach Week

We got to see lots of Thomas family for a weekend at the beach. The weather was somewhat overcast, but the rain held off and Mom especially enjoyed it not being crazy hot! Between the Thomas and Davis beach weeks, we loved that we got to see Aunt Elle, Uncle Kent, Uncle Will, Stephanie, and of course Nana and Gdaddy for almost a full week! The kids loved their time with everyone.

Rogers Reunion

We had a blast at Lake Burton for the Rogers Reunion over the Fourth of July weekend. The kids were adorable playing together, the weather was great, and the adults even got some naps in!
